It is a famous proverb: Health is wealth. Actually only healthy person can enjoy life. An unhealthy person lags behind in the every field of life. Therefore, one should learn the art of being healthy. Here are some general tips for being healthy. One should remain neat and clean, wear clean clothes.
Body must be neat and clean, Brush your teeth twice a day after meals. Drink water before every meal. One shouldsleep seven or eight hours daily. One should take exercise or play outdoor games. One should not sleep till two hours afterevening meal. Take healthy diet. It means one should eat fresh fruit, vegetables, mixed meat with vegetables, dairy items; milk, yogurt, cheese, poultry items; chicken and egg, fish and cereals. Very important, one should drink water at least after every two hours.
